We will carry on the tradition of our company and incorporate
the Metal Finishing Division into our Quality Management
System AS9100 / ISO 9001 facility as well as NADCAP
and customer approvals in all of our special processes.
Our
Chemical Finishing Department is equipped with 3' x
4' x 12' tanks that are highlighted by two PLC controlled
hoists that communicate to a centralized computer for
traceability and batch time runs. This centralized computer
as well receives feedback from other monitoring devices
to record tank temperatures and concentrations

MFD:
The new Metal Finishing (MFD) facility is like none other
in the Southeast! The MFD features a 400 foot conveyer
driving the paint line, a 40 foot gas oven for curing,
three paint booths, and a climate controlled paint booth
coming online soon to satisfy the specifications for
fuel tank coatings.
